My name is Dennis Thomas, and I’ve been helping small businesses accept credit cards since 2002.

RQS stands for Ready Quick Solutions, and that name still matters — because when something goes wrong with your payments, you don’t need a call center. You need someone who answers the phone.

That’s me.

Why I Started RQS

I started RQS after seeing too many business owners:
